Please join Mikael Falkman of Champagne Taittinger to learn the history of this family run house. Mikael is appointed Officier in Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne which is the official fraternity of the major Champagne houses. Through sampling a range of Taittinger champagnes, including the just released Comtes de Champagne Blancs de Blanc 2012, Mikael will educate and entertain, describing the unique soil types of the region, why centuries old chalk caves are the perfect location to age champagne, and why Champagne is synonymous with success and celebration.
