Join everyone's hero, Jason Yamasaki, the inaugural winner of the BC Best Sommelier Competition, on Sunday February 5, to run participants through the paces expected at the BC Best Sommelier Competition. Jason will focus on service, the competition mindset and the business of wine portion of the competition. While these training sessions are focused on excelling at the BC Best Sommelier Competition on February 27, they are equally beneficial for all CAPS members looking to brush up on the basics and add to their toolkits.
