Join BC Best Sommelier Competition Winner and Advanced Sommelier, Peter Van De Reep on Monday Jan 15, to run participants through the paces expected at the BC Best Sommelier Competition. Peter's focus will be on the food, wine spirits and cocktail portion of the competition. In depth practice with pairing food and wine and understanding the expectations from the cocktail and spirits side. While these training sessions are focused on excelling at the BC Best Sommelier Competition on February 27th, they are equally beneficial for all CAPS members looking to brush up on the basics and add to their toolkits.
