    The Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers (Atlantic Chapter) in association with the Nova Scotia Department of Agriculture have developed the definitive class on the Nova Scotia wine industry.

    In this full-day class, complete with 110-page study guide, you'll discover how history, geography and climate have shaped the Nova Scotia wine industry. Particular focus will be given to the region's emerging wine styles: Tidal Bay and Traditional Method sparkling wine.

    Included in this event is a Nova Scotia inspired lunch complimented by additional Nova Scotia wines. This enlightening class will be led by CAPS National President Mark DeWolf, long-time educator, writer and a resident of Nova Scotia.
