The Spanish Fine Wine Institute was created in 2014 to support the regulated study of Spanish Wines with a firm commitment to the development and promotion of Spanish wine culture, and the training of authentic Ambassadors of quality Spanish wines throughout the world. The interest for Spanish wine in Canada is growing. In 2018, in collaboration with the Canadian Association of Professionals Sommeliers, we will organize 10 seminars in the different Canadian Provinces. These sessions will have an important focus on the singularity of our Spanish wines, including terroir, native grape varieties, new classification systems, and modern viticulture. Michelle Bouffard will be our special guest to lead this seminar. As part of the professional community, we are delighted to invite you to our next session in Vancouver.
